RECLAIM YOUR PEACE
Yoga is a path to help you reclaim your inner and outer peace. It is a practice of letting go of expectation, where you can uncover and cultivate your innate body-mind intelligence. This allows you to find more serenity, self-confidence, and self-reliance, along with strength and flexibility.
“Body is not stiff, mind is stiff.” – Sri K. Pattabhi Jois“
At ProjectMOVE, we strongly believe that true movement literacy requires a myriad of experiences and the practice of Yoga is one that we encourage.
We have partnered with Core Power and Outlaw Yoga to offer 1 session/week (4 sessions/month) of a yoga practice as part of your membership.
An all levels class designed to strengthen your body, improve flexibility, protect and nourish joints through targeted muscle activation and keep the mind focused and alert. Multiple options are given to support students of all levels. Each instructor brings her/his own unique experience, drawing from various styles of yoga including Anusara, Asthanga, Hatha, Therapeutics and Vinyasa.
