Sarah Wilkey is a recent graduate of Georgia State University where she received her M.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in Biomechanics. In 2014, she earned her B.A. in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has also done sports-related research projects through Duke University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Sarah has 3 years of training experience and enjoys teaching proper technique to those that are newer to working out, customizing training programs to client needs, and helping individuals achieve their goals. Currently, Sarah serves as trainer to a number of professional and elite athletes with the aim of improving their performance and decreasing their risk of injury. She also works with the general population on correcting movement deficiencies, perfecting exercise form, and attaining fitness and weight-loss goals.
Throughout her life, Sarah has immersed herself in the world of sports and fitness. She grew up playing sports year-round and was a member of four varsity teams in high school: soccer, basketball, golf, and swimming. She also played club and intramural soccer throughout college. She is fascinated with the human body and how it reacts to training and is constantly striving to learn more.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys snowboarding, rock climbing, working out, and hiking with her golden retriever.
