Speed is a skill that can be taught. This program demonstrates how quickly an athlete can increase speed by adjusting form and technique. While it takes months and even years of dedicated training to develop strength, power, and athleticism, significant increases in speed can be achieved by fine tuning running technique. The first and last session we use a laser timing system to document results.
