Summer Speed-Strength Camps

  •  16 hours of training from ProjectMOVE Professional Speed-Strength and Conditioning Coaches
  • Program focused to develop speed, power, strength, agility, conditioning, core strength, and injury prevention
  • Pre- and Post testing in the Broad Jump, Pro-Agility, 10yd Sprint, and 300yd shuttle
  • Athlete can expect to experience noticeable improvements in speed and conditioning to prepare for all sports
  • Sports performance nutrition coaching in each session with homework to teach the proper eating habits of an elite athlete
