Summer Speed-Strength Camp

- 16 hours of training from ProjectMOVE Profession Speed-Strength and Conditioning Coaches
- Program focused to develop speed, power, strength, agility, conditioning, core strength, and injury prevention
- Pre and Post testing in the Broad Jump, Pro-Agility, 10yd Sprint, and 300yd shuttle
- Athlete can expect to experience noticeable improvements in speed and conditioning to prepare for all sports
- Sports performance nutrition coaching in each session with homework to teach the proper eating habits of an elite athlete

All Sessions are eight - two hour sessions Monday - Thursday
Ages 8-12 9:30-11:30am
Ages 13+ 1:30-3:30pm
